Google Play requires a publicly reachable page explaining how to request account + data deletion, including for people who can't open the app.
In the app (fastest)
Profile → Settings → Delete Account, confirm with your password. This permanently deletes your account and all associated data: profile, shoots, posts, behind-the-scenes photos, Shwink Cards, health data, date of birth, messages, follows, winks, and comments. Deletion is processed immediately and cannot be undone.
Can't access the app?
Email privacy@shwink.app from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account." We'll verify it's you and delete your account and data within 30 days (usually much sooner).
What is kept
For safety and legal-audit purposes we may retain, for up to 12 months, records of abuse reports you filed. These are not used for any other purpose. Anonymised, aggregated statistics that cannot be linked to you may also be retained.
